I just got back from ROTR and had a blast. Such a great bunch of folks putting this on! I did Hells Revenge, Fins N Things, Cliffhanger, and just to relax on Saturday 3-D. OMG Cliffhanger is a scary sumbitch with obstacles one after another, and with lots of pucker factor. JoeyD was on the ride doing pics and video and I know he got me doing a gnarly rock face in my 570. YES, I said RZR 570. That little rig just shined on that tech trail. And the guides were extraordinary on all the trails.

If you folks don't do any other rally, this is one you have to do. Lots of good deals and tech help from vendors, tons of prizes given away at numerous raffles, and a great meal on Friday nite.

My thanks to Lance and Jarod for putting this on, the vendors for great deals, and the local, LEO's for escorting us to the trails. I already have reservations for next year!
that's it bitches!! IM GOING NEXT YEAR! Who's in with me?

Joey said it all in his recap. Just a fantastic place to ride for all experience levels. My favorite place to ride also. Now of course Joey had his uber trick T4 to play with but don't let that stop you folks with stock vehicles from signing up and enjoying some fantastic trails. I took a basically stock RZR 570 and did an 8 rated trail (Cliffhanger) with it, so you don't need specialized equipment to hit some hard stuff.
But I was pooped out after Cliffhanger so I did a nice easy 3 rated trail on Saturday to end the weekend and had just as much fun.

Start planning now folks. The year goes by pretty fast.

Joey and Rusty,
Somehow I never hooked up with you guys this trip. If you are serious about a Pritchett run next year I am 100 percent in. I am not sure I can haul Camp Chef stuff into the middle of Pritchett for a surprise lunch but I will definitely go along for the ride. Should make for some killer photo and video footage.

I think you have some bragging rights for taking your 570 on Cliffhanger. Here is a couple of pic's.

By-the-way, you owe me 25 plugs.

Remember when you told my wife to turn her head? She didn't.

Randy going up and a trail guide changing his broken axel.

It was truly a fun week.

I hate to dig up an old thread like this so sorry in advance. I am wanting to do the Rally On The Rocks event next year but being form east coast (Ga.) I have absolutely no idea what to expect. I was looking on the ROTR site and it says for the "tech" trails they require you to have LT. Also, if I cant do the tech trails because I don't have LT am I still gonna have fun? I'm sure I will from all the pics I've seen I will. How long do the trails take? Riding in the South east we sometimes do 5 to 15 trails in a day making for an all day trip. Is one trail there gonna take all day? Im really looking forward to it and hope it works out. It will be and epic trip for me and my wife, neither one of us have been further west than Alabama.

Thanks in advance for any help or advice on the trip.

You will have fun. It's a great place to ride. If you want to push your machine you need to get on the "tech" ride. I think the LT rule was before most factory machines came with it. I see you have a T4. The tech trails will be tough for you and they may not allow it.

Is "Cliff Hanger" on the tech trail list? From pics I really want to try that one, (of course I may change my mind once I get out there, LOL). Looking at previous pics I've seen pics of stock T4s and New T2s on it so I assume its not a tech trail.

Again thanks for any help guys. big difference from what I'm used to out there.
