FORCE Poker Run

California City near Mojave Adam. I'm still trying to find out where it will be exactly.
Looks like great weather for the Poker run. High of 75, low of 57 on Sat. Possible showers on Sun but who cares? If anybody is interested we will be staging off Stanford near cal City.
I just got back from the poker run and had a great time. The folks from FORCE out of Socal know how to put on an event. A great 17 mile desert course was run by maybe 200 participants and at least 150 prizes were given away, which were donated by very generous vendors and supporters. And they made a nice sum of cash they will donate to the American Cancer Society.
Every type of offroad vehicle was welcome and dang near every type was represented including a homemade, low rider desert sled, and a swamp buggy/rock crawler that looked more at home in Georgia than here, lol.
It was nice to see some good friends I met through the internet and make some more new friends. Good fun for all!
