got a rhino 686 with a foam filter. i just purchased it about a month ago and finally had a chance to get out and let it rip WOT. i couldnt get passed 37 mph and it felt like it was lacking gas at high speed or high RPM . it would just start sputtering or cutting off. currently have a 160 in the main. have not adjusted needle air fuel screw is about 1.5 out.

Try swapping CDI box, look at Fuel Filter, and also make sure you don't have a clutch issue such as a roller weight knocked out of a alignment or something along those lines.
