This is going to be the Trinity Racing Exhaust 2015 RZR 570 WORCS build. We are going to be running this in the 600 class in the 2015 WORCS series.

Just got the RZR 570 back from Magnum Off Road with one of there top of the line cages. Magnum Off Road builds some of the best cages in the market today and the quality they put into there cage builds is 2nd to none.

We also went with GBC Mongrel tires 26x10x12 mounted to Method 401 12" Bead Lock wheels.

Beard Seats helped us out with a set of there RZR 1000 seats that we were able to get to fit into the RZR 570 thanks to UTV Inc.'s RZR 1000 seat bases.

Next on the to do list is all the frame bracing and long travel kit that will be provided by Racer Tech in the next week or two.

Let me know if you need any help in the HP department. We have quite a bit of experience working with the 570 platform in WORCS...

I'm building a 570 also for a local series. I'm interested to see how this build turns out. Looking good.

Just got done installing our Factory UTV 1/2 UHMW full skid plate and rock sliders on the Trinity Racing RZR 570 project. Install was super simple and did not take very much time at all and can be done in any drive way or garage. Very impressed with the quality of the Factory UTV skid plate and ease of installation. Instruction were spot on and every mounting hole lined up with zero modification. Factory UTV products are 100% American made go check them out http://www.factoryutv.net/

Got the laser cut weld in frame bracing kit from Racer Tech. We have now begun the proses of welding all the gussets in the kit to the frame to help support the frame. Then we can start on the installation of the Racer Tech long travel kit.

We did get the Racer Tech Long travel arms back from powder coating and cant wait to get them put on.

Got all the Racer Tech front frame bracing welding up and have now starting to assemble the Racer Tech control Arms on the front end. As you can see the quality of the Racer Tech suspension parts are 2nd to none and install goes super smooth due to all the Racer Tech parts being spot on. The kit also came from Racer Tech with Summer Brothers axles. For the shocks we decided to upgrade to a set of King Piggy back 2.0 Shocks with external adjustable compression dials.

We have finished up all the suspension got all the body panels powder coated white and got our bad ass custom made PRP window nets on the RZR. The Racer Tech long travel suspension along with the King shocks are completely installed and ready to test and tune. Next on the list will be to install and wire our PCI race radio, fresh air system along with our new EPI clutch system that EPI has on there way to us. Getting excite getting very close to getting out on the track and out racing.100_6299.JPG 100_6300.JPG 100_6301.JPG 100_6302.JPG 100_6303.JPG 100_6305.JPG 100_6306.JPG 100_6307.JPG

Got the EPI Clutch kit installed and all set up on the RZR 570. It was a very simple straight forward install that took about 2 hours to do taking my time. With the 2 specialty tools the we had also ordered from EPI it made the removal of the Primary clutch pop right off in under 30 seconds. With the Primary off to the bench top vice we took it to use of the EPI clutch spring compressor tool and that too made it a snap to compress the spring and swap them out. Overall this was a very simple install and just took our time doing it and went very smooth with no issues. Took it out on the street for a quick spin around and did notice that the clutch seams to engage a lot better and comes off the line with a little more pop to it. We will be taking it to the track and give it a proper run down but looks to be exactly what we were looking for when we gave EPI Performance a call. 100_6313.JPG 100_6314.JPG 100_6315.JPG Go check out www.epiperformance.com
