heres a project i just got started on, its a 2010 rzr 800 frame with front and rear suspension mounts cut out. 1997 honda goldwing 1500 engine with reverse, samurai axles and divorce mount tcase.
some 32x10-14 roctanes and sdi beadlocks. need to build adapters to run on the sami axles. going to run 18" fox coilovers, 4 link rear , 3 link rear. keep ride hight as low as possible. run a turbo with propane from a forklift aluminum cylinder. wheelbase will be streched from 77" to 92", build low hight cage. the goldwing puts out 118 hp, so im hoping with a turbo and the very high octane of the propane, it should do allright. this is being built as a crawler trail rig and less high speed. so gearing changes will be 5.83 axle gears, tcase gears will be 6.5-1 and will change the high gear to 1.8-1. hoping to run an air or electric shift to a steering wheel paddle. i got all new honda red pioneer front plastic and tailgate, will mod the tailgate to be narrower and skin the sides in aluminum, and do a custom dash. this thing will come together as funds allow.
