We're looking at 180 acres in SW Virginia(Scott County). If we get the funding source that we are trying to get, we'll be able to afford it.
My question is, would there be an interest from the families that are near hear. This is a very rural location and will not have the issues that we were looking at before(neighbors). Plus, this is beautiful country.
We plan on both a riding park PLUS a youth racing series for those interested. But mainly, to have fun. It will be geared toward youth riding. Long trails, a short course, plus once a month, rally type racing on the long trails(timed driver release).
