I am going to use 20w50 amsoil, because amsoil is the best i used it in my quads and it is amazing. and im going to run amsiol 80 90 in my differentials. Amsoil keeps the motor running cooler and better lubrication, meaning higher viscosity. Amsoil is not cheap but it does the trick and will last longer than the other oils. Hope this helped

The kits I sell use 0W-40 motor oil and 75W-90 gear for the diffs. Yamaha recommends an SAE 40 weight. Engine take 2.25 quarts, final drive takes 0.25 quarts and diff take 0.35 quarts

The K&N will not void the warranty (but some have reported the filter coming loose and dumping your oil!)...my kits include a WIX 51358...NAPA, Puralator and Yamaha are good too
