There is a sportsman class. It would be cool if you could make a race and do a write up on it for the underground l. Maybe we can get this series really big. Just need to get the word out there.
There is a Sportsman Class in every Division including Bone Stock Class 1000cc and 800cc. Come on down.

Rusty there is sportsman classes. You would dig these events. The courses are usually pretty fun.

I know they use IRC tracking, but I doubt they put in online for us to actually track the race. I also know once last year they didn't make it out to a race.

Looks like Cain Smead of Dirt Wheels slayed the field, from what I saw he was overall running Pro 1000..
Big thanks to Big Jim of Cognito, who jumped in, and helped my guys out with a ton of effort tying to fix my car after loosing an A arm bolt, that caused a broken CV, and bent arm...
My Fabwerx Teryx came out great, but I had very little time to finish it causing a few problem, and we lost a whole lap..the track got really tore up by lap four and made things interesting, reminded me a Primm a few years ago, otherwise good time and good event.
Big thanks to Big Jim of Cognito, who jumped in, and helped my guys out with a ton of effort tying to fix my car after loosing an A arm bolt, that caused a broken CV, and bent arm...

SMEAD & POWELL ROCK TO AN OVERALL...
Congratulations to the team of Cain Smead and Shannon Powell for their Overall and PRO 1000 Class win at the first event of the five-event series, the PURE "125" - The team completed the four laps in a time of 2:54:06.8 hrs. for 124.5 miles..
Second Overall nine minutes behind was Logan Gastel and Brad Longfellow, with a time of 3:03:26.9.
And rounding out the top three Overall and PRO 1000 Class winners was Josh Westling and dad, Jim Westling, with a time of 3:03:39.9, just 13 seconds out of second place.
The race was to have a Land Rush style start but at the last minute racers took of on 10-second intervals. All the times had to be adjusted accordingly to each racer's start time.
Great racing, perfect Cal City weather, and no one was involved in a incident or accident, which other than several rollovers and a few wheels coming off, it is great news. More on this later

This was a great race and I will definitely race this series. Thanks to Matt Lasher and Cwb from Moval for the advise and suggestions. I got 2nd in class and 23rd out of 31 overall. I blew a belt at mile 14 and my teammate Jershum (Josh)#804 rolled at mile 16 and knocked him out of the race. I was able to change the belt and continued to race. Hopefully I'll have my long travel by the Pure 175. That stock suspension beat the hell out of me LOL.
