Hey All,
we have been looking at heading up to mammoth second week of june, well it looks like inyo county has extended their restrictions to the end of June so our plan for glass creek appears to be broken. There was a thread in a while back that talked about a great spot on the BLM land, I believe i've found it here http://www.utvunderground.com/forum/showthread.php?t=9798 however it appears to have been archived with the forum upgrade.

I was wondering if any of you had any insight on a place to camp with 4-5 trailers that might make a decent camp on the BLM side with access to the trails (as those appear to be open).

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!!

This is the thread in question - https://utvunderground.com/forum/index.php?threads/mammoth-lakes-aug-1st-8th-2012.9798/

The link up top is the old vBulletin format link which is why it looks like it's archived.

On the note of camping. A couple of good places to find camp grounds are Campedium, you can select the length of your rig in more filter along with a ton more variables - https://www.campendium.com/california/mammoth-lakes

Also checkout iOverlander, a little less user friendly, but it's a good resource- http://ioverlander.com
