I don't believe there is an easy way without cutting and fabbing. You could have the foam in your seat bases cut down and gain a couple of inches. The back seats will be the hardest, they sit right on the frame which is just above the rear tires.

I cut up all the seat mounts, I removed some foam from the bottom of the passenger seat. It sits over the top of the fuel lines. I reworked the tabs on the passenger seat to cradle the fuel tank. I think I lowered them 3.5" in the front. I only have kid seats in the rear.

No adults in the back. If you wanna ride, get a job and buy your own.
