Course maps will be released February 3rd. Not sure who designed the course this year...Im sorry if this has been covered but can someone tell me exactly when we will see a racecourse map? And who's designing the course, and when?
I saw that...cool. Hot finish in Hammertown too.... no more finish away from HT...Looks like we're going 70+ miles per Dave Cole!
Sigh....don't know if this ol'woman can cut 80 miles.. Although Cole did mention only one hour of rocks(?), or was it two. Heck, I doubt that my headset batterys will even last that long.I saw that...cool. Hot finish in Hammertown too.... no more finish away from HT...
You'll do fine...Sigh....don't know if this ol'woman can cut 80 miles.. Although Cole did mention only one hour of rocks(?), or was it two. Heck, I doubt that my headset batterys will even last that long.
OMG 65 miles of tech and desert can take it outa a person. Rocks are a no brainer...that's all up to Jim.. I just put the tires where he tells me too. The tech is pretty much my doing and the focus it will take in the desert is very stressful... My top speed has increased significantly. Found out that the tires are not getting enough traction. That should prove to be fun(not)...especially through the desert. Any tight technical junk will be hard for me not to drift thru. I refuse to amp down my newly acquired speed. But, on the other hand... the rocks should be cool. You'll do fine...
I don't think we are running the exact same first lap at the Ultra4 class, they said they don't even get into any real rock trails for the first 65 miles...
Look at it this way, go out to have fun and enjoy it. Don't drive yourself crazy over it, you will do just fine. One mile at a time, keep the car alive, don't over do it, drive like you mean to finish and see what happens, I bet you'll do fine... hey, the way my car keeps breaking CVs, you may have me beat already...OMG 65 miles of tech and desert can take it outa a person. Oh Darryl... think about it...a person that races once every year, going 80 miles w/one fuel stop(maybe)??? Sh*t. I only did half of the 42 miles last year.... Longest I've ever driven was 70 miles on a quad. I'm screwed..
Thats what i like to hear!!!! At least im getting my monies worthLooks like we're going 70+ miles per Dave Cole!
