Matt Parks // 1932 Jagged-X Polaris RZR4 WINS Unlimited UTV

What a solid event held by BITD. With all of the Polaris brass on hand factory sponsored team Jagged-X pulled off a huge victory in the opening round of the 2012 BITD race season. Matt Parks in his debut race as a Jagged-X team member displayed new colors but showed the same type of results that he put up in 2011.

Bobby Raber in his DSR1 Rhino took the overall win and took home the trophy for 1st place in SR1 Pro. Congrats to him, that R1 powered Rhino is FAST FAST FAST!

UTVUnderground had a great time running around the track capturing images and video for all of our members and racers. We want to thank Polaris for hosting our weekend in Parker!!

Is Jagged already running an XP4 chassis? Interesting wheel and tire combo they used.... BFGs on the rear and Bighorns on front. Also, did JX have 3 diff cars running?

Great pictures Joey. Wish I could have been there. Planning on attending the Mint 400.

Any chance you have the finishing list? Wondering how many finished and what place.

Jagged X did run 3 cars this weekend. Matt parks in 1932, Brandon Schueler 1919, and Bill Schueler 1991 in the XP4. 900. Which he ran in sportsman. That rear Bfg is a spare tire he ran bighorns.

Great race! Huge congrats to Matt on his win and to everyone who made it to the finish, it was definately a battle all day! The 1919 car worked really well and we felt great on course, unfortunately we had some primary clutch issues that required us to replace the unit, that along with two belt changes caused by the clutch issue on course cost us some time. We feel fortunate that we got the finish and are definately looking forward to the Mint and the rest of the season!:D

Well the 1938 RZR XP didnt have the weekend we hoped for. We were second off the line right behind the 1955 SR1. Our plan was to take advantage of being second off the line and push hard till midway and then settle in and save the car. Everything was going great we were passing quads and caught the 1955 by race mile 6 and were starting to get clean air untill about mile 9 both our CV boots melted and caught fire then broke both axles at the same time!! After months of hard work needless to say we were not happy!! Come to find out we werent the only team that had that problem. At this point were not 100% sure what went wrong but after talking to a few other teams we have some ideas. We really want to thank our sponsors PitBull Tires, HCR Suspension, King Shocks and Summers Brothers. I want to thank Brian and Holly Thomas for letting me be a part of there race program. I can guarantee that we will be more prepared for the Mint 400! Hey Joey we really need a new look for the Mint!;)
