Make sure you have a good vent on the tank. You might be getting ok pressure but no flow. The fuel thats pulled from the tank needs to be replaced with air. Other than that, Im thinking an electrical problem, but I don't know enough about the GSXR motor to point you in the right direction...

Stock cage actually has a few different ODs depending on where you measure. Our cage is made out of all 1.75".

26x9R12 Bighorn (originals, not 2.0s) on all four corners. That was my favorite combo on my rhinos. I ride mostly on the California side across from Parker, which is pretty close to what your riding in. We may even have more sharp rock.

I went with HCR as Ive been impressed by their previous products. I dont think theres enough long travel T4s in the wild yet to really get a feel for whose kit is better, so as long as you go with a reputable suspension builder that uses the kind of shocks you like, youll be good.

A few people have stated they called their dealer and were told that they got word from Kawi that parts would start shipping first week in August.

Word on a Kawi specific forum is Kawasaki should release a statement about the fix and timeframe today. Sounds like parts in 3-4 weeks, fix in a day or two at the dealer. New rack and calipers.

My SR1 is still registered as a Rhino 660. Green stickered. If you not starting with a rhino frame (that is already VIN stamped and titled), you'll have to get a special construction title. Don't know if you'll be able to get a green sticker. That requires EPA compliance.

After not having cup holders in Rhinos for so many years, Id rather not loose the cup holders..

Its designed for smaller people. The silver one is the normal height cage. They can also do a seat drop in the back for the fastback cage, that will fit adults up to about 5'11

The T4s Torque is what makes i shine. It has no problem hauling around all that weight + 4 passengers. Put 4 full size adults in a RZR 4 800, and you'll notice the difference big time.

T4 is more powerful than the 800 RZR, but not as powerful as a XP 900. I would think the T4 would be a good family duner, it definitely has more leg room in the back than the RZR, and is much better built.

I have to say, BH OGs are still my favorite too. Been through 3 sets of them, a set of Bajacross, a set of Ceros, and 2 sets of BH 2.0s. Bighorns are still the best!

The Weller SV1 kit is really easy, but doesn't have reverse. I don't know of anyone selling a bolt in kit with reverse for the SV1000

If you want to stick with your Yamaha, and still have something fast and 4 seater, I would do the SV1000 swap over the R1, if you want to put around too. It has a little more low end grunt, and doesn't require as much RPMs to make power. Plus then you don't have to widen the C pillars. Maybe...

Most top cars use 10" stroke shocks (maximum in most series). But you can get by with 8.5" shocks too. I think 6.5" stroke shocks may be a little small for the speeds you'll see with the R1. Short course will be pretty low, like 9-10" of ground clearance. Desert around 13-13.5". GP a little...

I have to vote for the Teryx 4 too. Bad ass machine. :) If Speed and Power were your biggest concern, then I would say XP 4.

You'll have more space for a larger radiator, and have more airflow between and behind the riders head. The radiator will also be less suceptible to damage from rocks, or clogging up from mud if racing. Plus you can have much shorter coolant hoses.

You can use most any motor you want. Popular choices are Yamaha R1 and Hayabusas. DarkSideFab makes a kit that used the RPM reverse box, and a R1, bolt in for a Rhino. What UTV are you starting with? The big $$ item with the street bike swap is the Reverse box. They range from $2500 to $3500.
