I agree with the fuel issuses but I have found that a week or low on charge battery will also cause a extended crank. (not slow, extended) You may want to try a jump box or charger next time and see if that helps. Check you maint. manual for valve adjustment interval. I do not think you valves...

I recommend running a volt meter so you can monitor battery voltage, if it starts to run low ( under 12 volts ) its time to stop and drink a few beers while your engine idles and your battery(s) gets recharged.

If you water it maybe it will grow.
