New Forged pistons and I'm sure lower compression, next year they will bump it to 135 hp I'm sure it's good for 180+HpKudos to Can Am! Not squeezing much out of that turbo though. Must be low boost but thats still pretty cool.
They will take baby steps. Have to see how the belt and clutch holds up before bumping up the hp. Plus they can sit back and see what Polaris does and maybe Artic Cat (if they wake up and drop a Z1 in the Wildcat).New Forged pistons and I'm sure lower compression, next year they will bump it to 135 hp I'm sure it's good for 180+Hp
Can Am Marketing dept will have a good sales pitch for a while every time they Bump up the Hp. New rear suspension looks good. The max 4 seater will be awesome to dune with all the kids onboard and Boosted. They will take baby steps. Have to see how the belt and clutch holds up before bumping up the hp. I already talked to my Turbo Guys and with electronic waste gate it should take 15 min to up boost some and see if it has codes or electric protection of some sort. The tuners are going to have fun with the turbo.
I didn't want to be too optimistic. I have a Kawi and love it but there high end models are still way behind the others in terms of power and suspension. Would love to see some high performance models from the Japanese makers but IDK how long it will take...Don't forget about Kawasaki and Yamaha who will be in the picture very soon...
