With Cognito desert racing taking a serious turn this year, and the need to develop some Ford suspension products along with a new SEMA build, we picked up a 2012 Ford Super Duty F350 from Jim Burke Ford here in Bakersfield. We decided to build this into a chase truck and put this thing to work after the SEMA show! As seen below, our first stop was Douglas Truck Bodies here in Bakersfield for a custom service bed to fullfill our tool and spare parts needs. We opted for a work platform with bumper step. Since this truck will be getting wrapped, we had Douglas paint the service body white. Next stop, One11Ink for the wrap, plus more goodies to come! Stay tuned!

ooh we should add one!
Your welcome...also run a speaker/mic line to a rear swing door. You can mount it on the door and have a speaker/Mic for radio comms when your waiting on the car. :D

I used a couple Rigid duallys with the diffused lenes at last years Baja 1000 for pit lights...amazing how much light they threw out!

ok its almost SEMA time, the wrap is done but will show it later, and the last of the parts are here for the build!
Added to the build list is:

Titan tanks 65 gallon tank to replace the stock 35. You know how many times today i heard "i have never seen one that big!"

AMP Research electric step boards as well as a pair of bed steps that we are custom mounting to the service bed to access the top boxes on the bed.

A Winch Ready Bumpers front sheet metal bumper that we had customized to fit some Rigid Industries LED Lighting.

Fox shocks performance series 2.0 shocks!

We also are building a custom bed rack that we plan to use for chasing races and of course we are mounting a slew of Rigid lights to it!

We mounted a set of Rigid Flush Mount duallies with the diffused lens to the rear of the service bed.

And we are tearing into the suspension on this Ford Superduty F350 to add our new 4" Cognito lift kit. The suspension lift kit on this 8-lug will also fit a Super Duty F250.
