Polaris Step 1C of our RZR 800 Build: Airaid Intake

Step 1 A was setting up the Dynojet Commander PC5 Tune. Step 1 B was the upgrade to the DMC Twin Exhaust System. And now finally, Step 1 C is installation of the Airaid Intake System, which helps the RZR breathe better. Dyno tests indicate a 4hp increase over the stock system. The kit comes with the Airaid filter, airbos and snorkel attachment. You can see the snorkel from the rear run up along the roll cage, which allows for the RZR to charge aggressively through water and mud. Together along with the tune, exhaust and now intake, the air is flowing optimally for engine performance for an aggressive sound and smooth ride.

Next steep should be adding a Trinity Racing Exhaust to help with the performance gains. Looks like you are adding air and fuel now lets help it expel all those spent gasses more efficiently.
